OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught between hazards: a. On or about June 9, 2022, at 533 Natures Way, employees were exposed to caught in between and drowning hazards, when operating Toro 5000 Z Master Mower (Model 742930 406928581) on a lawn surrounding a pond with a side grade or incline of 16-22 degrees.
