29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by in going nip points: (a) On or about 2/26/2022, in the paw room, employees catching chicken paws were exposed to an unguarded pneumatic valve located inside of the transfer tube that conveyed chicken feet from the picking room to the paw room.
