29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about March 3, 2022, at the jobsite located at 5050 SW 51 Street Davie, Florida 33314, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while performing servicing of an ice bagging machine (i.e. Hamer 525) without being rendered inoperative.
