OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to rotating parts, caught between and struck-by hazards on a tractor mower with attachments: Establishment: On or about January 7, 2022, an employee was seriously injured with fingers amputated due to contact with rotating parts from the snow blower blades that were attached to a John Deere tractor mower.
