29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-between hazards while performing commercial manufacturing activities. This was most recently observed at 410 N. 44th St. BLD B, Omaha, NE 68112, on January 19th, 2022, where the employer has employees working on a C Frame Bench Press and an employee accessed the point of operation and came into contact with the operation of the machine.
