29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that each employee in a hoist area is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by one of the systems listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i)(A)-(C): On or about October 8, 2022 for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while engaged in the manufacture of mobile home roofing, where a hoist way guardrail had not bee replaced following the delivery of material.
