29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On or about December 7, 2021 at 3010 Dill Rd in Orlando FL. an employee was hospitalized due to a 30 ft. fall from a fixed ladders. The employer found out on December 7, 2021, that the employee was hospitalized, but they did not report the hospitalization until December 10, 2021.
