Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person: On or about December 8, 2021, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, while taping/floating drywall from the platform of a mobile scaffold, without it having been erected under the direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection.
