29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9):Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): At a workplace located at 907 County Road, Monett, Missouri 65708, an employee on Tower 430 was exposed to a struck-by and crushed-by hazard from a mold lid should the chain hoist suspending it fail. The mold lid was being suspended in the air with a chain sling and a 2-ton capacity hoist.
