29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (a) On or about August 23, 2021, outside in the shipyard area of Pleasure Cove Marina, where an employee was required to wear a half-mask tight fitting air purifying respirator, the employer did not have a worksite-specific written respiratory protection program. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
