29 CFR 1910.263(k)(9): Dough hoppers did not have the entire opening protected with substantial grid-type guards to prevent the employee from getting his hands caught in moving parts, or the hopper was not extended high enough so that the operator's hands cannot get into moving parts: (a) Bakery: On or about 8/11/22, the employer failed to ensure that employees were not bypassing the hopper of the Deighton Manufacturing UK LTD Model: R Series 180 Formatic M/C, Serial: R1200/17/01/014, by standing on a storage bin allowing hands to get to the moving parts.
