29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about August 5, 2021, at the worksite located at 9009 N 51st Street, Suite A, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the employer did not ensure procedures were developed for the control of hazardous energy for the # 1 Barrington Packaging Systems salt packaging machine, thereby exposing workers to struck-by hazards, electrical hazards and thermal hazards. (b) On or about August 5, 2021, at the worksite located at 9009 N 51st Street, Suite A, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the employer did not ensure procedures were developed for the control of hazardous energy for the # 2 Barrington Packaging Systems salt packaging machine, thereby exposing workers to struck-by hazards, electrical hazards and thermal hazards.
