1910.147(e)(2)(i) The work area shall be checked to ensure that all employees have been safely positioned or removed: a) On or about July 3, 2021 on the 3 inch White Liquor return line from HVLC and LVHC NCG scrubbers; the employer exposed an employee to potential hazardous energy sources in that the employer failed to ensure employees were safely positioned while engaged in servicing and maintenance activities at the 3 inch white liquor line.
