29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C):The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for placement, removal and transfer of lockout devices or tagout devices and the responsibility for them: a) SPROUT 615 PELLET MILL - The energy control procedure for the Sprout 615 Pellet Mill described multiple lock out points for multiple functions of the machine and did not specify which lock out point to utilize, on or about July 16, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
