29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which met all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws: a. In the driveway area of 435 Athens Drive in Saint Augustine, Florida: On or about June 29, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed a cabinetry installer employee to amputation hazards, in that a portable table saw did not have a blade guard during sawing operations.
