OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by and amputation hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about April 9, 2021 an employee operating a Walker Riding Lawn Mower, Model MTGHS, was exposed to struck by and amputation hazards and the employer did not ensure that all safety interlocks and operator presence controls were operating correctly.
