29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):The employer did not establish an energy control program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, start up or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment would be isolated and rendered inoperable: The employer has not developed a written program regarding lockout/tag out operations at the site. This would include specific procedures, periodic reviews, training, and other items as required by the standard. This was most recently documented on or about April 21, 2021 at 4641 North 56th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska throughout the facility.
