29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Jobsite located at 5000 S. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA - 19112: The employer did not provide company specific training regarding safety-related work practices to employees conducting troubleshooting operations inside an energized (480V) HVAC control panel, thus exposing employees to electrical hazards. An employee suffered severe injuries after coming in contact with an energized (480V) exposed conductor while attempting to obtain voltage readings. Noted on or about March 4, 2021.
