29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):(3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about February 22, 2021, at the Borg Compressed Steel Corporation site located at 1032 N. Lewis Ave. in Tulsa, OK, the employer did not ensure walking surfaces in close proximity to rail cars were free from obstruction, exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.
