Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about February 18, 2021 and prior to: Employees working on Line 1 in the production area are exposed to amputation hazards where they were performing service, such as but not limited to, troubleshooting, and removing stuck bread from the slide plate of Line 1 lateral transfer conveyor. The employer did not have lockout / tagout procedures for the employees clearing bread from the conveyor / slide area of the equipment.
