29 CFR 1910.151(b):There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: Worksite located at 4041 N. Norfleet Road, Kansas City, Missouri- The employer does not have a person adequately trained to render first aid to employees in case of emergency. Employees are routinely exposed to serious hazards that could necessitate the need for first aid by a trained first aid providers.
