29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Fresh Department - Line 5, Pacpronic Machine: On or about January 29, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees engaged in servicing and maintenance activities to amputation hazards by not ensuring employees were utilizing the Pacpronic lockout/tag out written machine specific procedures to isolate the electrical and pneumatic energy sources on the equipment when engaged in servicing and maintenance activities.
