29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7)(i): The employer did not ensure that ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic are secured to prevent accidental displacement: (a) 319 Lockheed Street, Pueblo CO 81001: On or about January 6, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards due to ladders used to access higher levels not being secured to prevent displacement. Extension ladders used to access the roofs of manufactured mobile homes were placed in high traffic areas and were not secured to prevent accidental displacement.
