29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On December 10, 2020 at 9369 Thoroughfare Road in Minocqua, Wisconsin, an employee was working on scaffold below employees who were handling tools and metal materials without utilizing head protection equipment.
