Site located at 4370 112th Terrace North, Clearwater, FL, employees operating a 60" EEMCO rubber mill were exposed to caught-in hazards, in that the safety tripwire cable was located more than 2 inches of the front and rear rolls, as observed on or about November 24, 2020.
