29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): On or about October 28, 2020,a written certification that the required hazard assessment of the job site had been performed was not completed in writing, three Apache employees were erecting a scaffold at the Calpine Energy plant near high power gas turbine generator, employer did not identify potential hazard of electricity.
