29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 P.S.I.: On or about 10/27/2020, throughout the facility, Employee's were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to embolism and struck-by while using compressed air rated at about 116 psi for cleaning personal and equipment. Employer failed to ensure the employees were using nozzles regulated at 30 psi or less.
