29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(IDENTIFY MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT) a) Fort Recovery Industries, Inc. located at 2440 State Route 49 in Fort Recovery, Ohio: On or about October 9, 2020 employees that performed maintenance on the KMU Umwelthschutz GmbH PROWADEST 1000 located in the plating department were not trained to control the machine's hazardous energy prior to entering the unit to check air flow.
