29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely On or about September 29, 2020, on the west side of the project site; Employees were preparing to perform sheet metal roofing repair on a 4:12 sloped roof at heights upwards of twenty-five (25) feet that had not been inspected for strength and/or structural integrity by the employer.
