29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: (a) 9295 E Beaver Creek Rd, Fall Creek, WI 54742; On or about September 10, 2020, an 8 foot portable ladder had been setup and used on unstable ground. An employee was hospitalized after sustaining injuries when they fell from the ladder.
