29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about September 17, 2020 at 1212 S. Roman Street, in the warehouse that was being constructed employee(s) were not protected by a personal fall arrest system while transitioning from a forklift basket to the roof. The employee was attaching the metal sheets with screws while on the roof.
