29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards while troubleshooting new electrical installations. This was most recently documented at 13333 California St, Omaha, Nebraska on September 11, 2020 where an employee received severe injuries after contacting an unprotected, energized electrical component while troubleshooting an inoperative light system.
