29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization: JOB SITE: Mehlville High School, 3200 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis, MO 63125, on or about 8/17/2020, an employee who was engaged in roofing activity on the edge of the roof, fell off the roof, and was severely injured. The employer failed to report the work-related injury resulting an in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours of incident.
