29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about August 6, 2020, the employer failed to provide a place of employment with clean, orderly and sanitary conditions. The employer stored large quantities of combustible material such as wood, paper, and other material near walking working surfaces causing slip and trip hazards along the entry and exit routes.
