OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were traveling by foot within the swing radius of a Komatsu brand excavator (model number: PC170LC-10, serial number 30452): a) Jobsite, Laurel Hill State Park Complex, Camp #3 Road over Spruce Run, Rockwood, PA 15557: On or about July 20, 2020, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while crossing a bridge on foot between the excavator and the bridge guardrails.
