29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): All employees shall be kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads. a) On or about July 11th, 2020, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from a suspended industrial furnace lid while cleaning out refractory materials underneath the suspended load.
