29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about June 1, 2020, in the backyard of the home, an employee was performing stucco work while working from a one tier mobile scaffold which did not have all the wheels locked, exposing the worker to a fall hazard.
