29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems was not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: A) 291 N Thompson St. Rotterdam, NY- on or about June 9, 2020, an employee conducting framing operations leaned out against a guard rail, when the guard rail gave way causing the employee to fall three stories to the ground. The guardrail system was not capable of withstanding a force of at least 200 pounds. -
