29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): Only trained persons shall operate an aerial lift: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. At the jobsite located at 7400 W 67th St., in Overland Park, Ks, employe(s) engaged in tree trimming activities were working from the bucket of an aerial lift approximately 25 feet above ground level, and were exposed to fall hazards from the aerial lift bucket to the ground below. Employee(s) were not provided with training on how safely use the Versalift aerial lift equipment.
