29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about 3 June 2020, and at times prior thereto, two employees performing work on a tower did so without frequent and periodic inspections by a person competent in recognizing fall hazards, exposing the employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 50 feet high.
