29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Alley behind 839 Burlington Ave., St. Petersburg, FL - An employee carrying a 10-12 foot long piece of metal channel up a metal ladder struck an energized 7200 volt AC overhead powerline, on or about May 21, 2020.
