29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about April 14, 2020, an employee suffered severe and disabling injuries to the second and third digits of the left hand while performing a rip-cut on hardwood using an unguarded blade attached to a Delta table saw (serial number 03B19945, CAT 36-829).
