The T.G Meat Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1373354, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 508 Wallace Street East Bernard Texas, 77435.
