29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) Kitchen, Crowne Health Care; On or about February 22, 2020 the employer was aware of the hospitalization of 2 employees that were exposed to a buildup of carbon monoxide gas as a result of a faulty exhaust fan and failed to report the hospitalization within the time limit as described in the standard.
