29 CFR 1926.352(a): Movable fire hazards in the vicinity of unmovable objects that were to be welded on, cut or heated were not taken to a safe place, or otherwise protected: On or about February 13, 2020, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from fire hazards in that corrugated Gaylord boxes were not moved prior to cutting steel girts utilizing a cutoff saw.
