29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(iii): Safety appliances such as safety valves, indicating devices and controlling devices, were not constructed, located, and/or installed so that they could not be readily rendered inoperative by any means, including the elements: (a) On or about 02/06/2020 - Whirlwind Cut-Off Saw Area, employees who operated the a Whirlwind Model 212L Cut-Off Saw Model 212L, Serial #N5025048L were exposed to amputation hazards because the air pressure gauge was half-full of sawdust and rendered inoperative thereby reducing the effectiveness of the guard.
