29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section Transit Knuckle Area: On February 12, 2020, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that energy control procedures were not developed to isolate and control all applicable hazardous energy sources presented by the OKK HM600 CNC machine as authorized employees performed repairs on the equipment.
