29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Kroger 464 - On or about January 13, 2020 at 7 pm an employee suffered an injury at work that required hospitalization. The employer did not report the incident to OSHA until January 15, 2020 about 8 pm.
