29 CFR 1926.854(a): Masonry walls, or other sections of masonry, were permitted to fall upon the floors of the building which exceeded the safe carrying capacities of the floor. a) Jobsite: 2634 N 29th St, Philadelphia, PA, 3rd Floor - The employer did not put measures in place to prevent the safe carrying capacities of floors to be exceeded in the event of masonry walls falling upon them. An employee suffered serious injuries when he fell through a floor which collapsed after a masonry wall fell on it. Noted on or about 1/8/20
