29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Mechanical Room building 2449 on Bragg Street: On or about January 3, 2020 the employer did not ensure that energy control procedures were utilized to control electrical, gravitational and pneumatic energy when employees were performing removal and replacement of a medium temperature pump for a boiler. Employees were exposed to water engulfment, steam and water under pressure.
